While the hotel is in a great location and reasonably priced, the management could definitely be improved. There was a noticeable smell of cigarettes outside the rooftop bath, and I encountered guests with full-body tattoos inside the facility. The laundry area was particularly frustrating; conflicting instructions led to a mistake, Despite reporting this to the front desk, I received no response. Also, the rooms are quite small, so I wouldn’t recommend this for families with children.

The toilet was broken, has a filtration and had a terrible smell.

For the room size, we stayed in a large room to accommodate the condition that two people could work remotely at the same time. And we believe this is the right decision, especially we stayed for 6 days. There are multiple programs/benefits in the hotel, but actually we don't have time to experience. Personally I went to the public spa, in general it is good - not crowded, well maintained, but it is a bit enclosed. There is no window/scenery to v.iew.Location is great, close to shopping centers, train station and airport shuttle (5mins walk).

check in experience is not good. and actually the staff that day was not friendly - this is very rare based on our experience in Japan.

The location was very easy as a home base to explore Osaka. It was about a 7 minute walk to Umeda station, with access to as many shops and restaurants as you could want in the surrounding area. The staff was very nice, especially if you could speak even a bit of Japanese. (They were nice in English too, but I was able to chat with some of the older staff when I used Japanese.) When I came in soaked by rain the people at the front desk even gave me a towel to dry off and they dried off my luggage.The buffet had a lot of good choices with multiple different daily options. They also offered coffee service/ snacks/happy hour in the lounge, which was a nice way to take a break throughout the day.

Only one weird negative thing: there was a motion-activated light in the entrance to the room that kept turning on even if I just moved around too much in bed.

Nice hotel with very polite staff. The room is clean. It’s close to metro and Osaka train station. Hotel has many facilities.

The room is small which is expected. With 3 people in the room, we didn’t have enough space to put our things.

The hotel is located near the Osaka station and airport bus station. Very convenient for getting around. Also, there are tons of places to eat and shop. Also, coffee, tea, snacks, and traditional food is provided at the dining for free throughout the day for free except for breakfast. You need to pay for the breakfast. The bathhouse and gym are included and they provide pajamas and slippers.

It's a newer hotel, so cab drivers don't know the place and there are not a lot of road signs that lead to the hotel. Rooms are a little snug but clean and modern.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, and clean with enough room for luggage. Close to the station and shopping/restaurants, and great little snacks/happy hours in the lobby throughout the day.

We would stay here again the next time we visit.

Very clean and quiet. Very convenient for travel and near transportation around Osaka.

The location was great and the extras (spa, happy hour, etc) made it special.

The check in was ok but it was raining continuously outside and we were walking so we were a bit wet and frazzled as we struggled to find where the hotel was. One of the front desk people seemed a little impatient because I wasn't getting my passport out fast enough. Another front desk person was kind enough to lend us some towels. We laughed at the view - see photo??

Great hotel. Great amenities.Breakfast was very good but not very Japanese. The location is very good. ~150 m from metro. ~10 minutes walk from Osaka station and everything around it.

Stuff, though trying very hard to assist, does not always have sufficient English.
